It's always interesting when an 'outsider' talks about your product.  There's typically a, "really?" moment.  "That's what you think?"  Well, Shoot almost gets it, but misses one really key point: from reading the review, it almost seems that they separate the e-mail list and forum.  What we worked so hard on - and continue to - is that the forum and e-mail list are the same thing.  Very Zen, perhaps.  E-mail to the list goes to the forum, and comments in the forum go to the e-mail list.  They're in sync.  So, however you prefer to check these messages, we've got you covered: on the web, via individual e-mail messages or in a packaged e-mail digest.

Of course, no matter the reaction, it's always nice to see someone else talking about your work.
